What should i expect to feel in my third trimester?

I'm in my 1st trimester at the mo and have already experienced the 2nd trimester before (miscarriage) but I just want to know what the 3rd trimester feels like, what to expect and how to cope etc. How big do you get?? do you eat more, and mostly do you get the real motherly instincts and bonds in the third trimester???
