Using Candit v3 during pregnancy?

Hi, I am now 22 weeks pregnant for my 3rd baby, i have been having a yellowish thick discharge for from the beginning of my pregnancy, feel it is getting increase and with bad smell & itching too. I never had with my previous pregnancies. When I told my Gyno when i was in 8 months preg, he asked me to use Candit v3, but when i read the catalog it says i should not use it during first trimester, but now i am in 2nd trimester, so can I use it now? Will there be any side effects?or is there any permanent solution for this?please help me,
