Just stay off them or sock them. Also it should be your next appt. my ob had me take mine at 26 weeks and the orange drink leaves a nasty after taste and its better when its been in the fridge. Also take it an hour before your appt. time also if you still want to know when you have to do it for sure call there office they will tell you everything.
