1st Trimester Fatigue! How can I boost energy!?

I have terrible first trimester fatigue. This is my second child and with my first I had fatigue and morning sickness the whole time, but now its almost like as soon as I was 5 weeks pregnant I felt as though my head weighed 100 lbs and my body was sooo sick! Of course I have morning sickness (I can't go a single morning without throwing up) and I feel as though I probably will the whole time. But I do not want to be sick and lethargic this time! I want to not feel tired and useless! My husband works and I just graduated with my bachelors and am currently looking for a job (I know I'll be working pregnant but we need money). He doesn't understand why I wake up sick in the middle of the night and says that I am pretending to have morning sickness and its all in my head. (Like I want to be sick!) I also can't get any sleep cause of my back and peeing so often! I just want energy. Is there any supplements or activities that are useful? I know going on walks helps but my husband makes me feel bad if I leave the house, especially for something that's not beneficial to the household. Please help!
