What are my chances of getting into a University?

I really want to get into Hamline University, it is honestly my dream school. My grades have been very inconsistent, therefore leaving me with a rough 2.5 GPA, hoping I can get it up a little bit more with my first trimester in my senior year before I send in my application. I can get very good teacher reccomendations, I've done extracurricular activities such as Peer Mediation since 2004, I've lettered in Amnesty International and I've done Orchestra since I was in 6th grade and recently made it into honors. I've taken a number of honors and an AP class. I'm very high in math, and I always have good scores. I like to think that I've definately proved myself but the lack of consistency in my grades is what worries me. I just took the ACT and should be getting my score in a few days but i'm guessing I will get around a 23 or 25. I'm also a very good writer hoping that my essay will help, but what do you think my chances are? Apologies for the long rant of myself.
