I am upgrading my pc but it is very old and i want to upgrade graphic card but there is no slot of pcie vga .?

so wats the solution should i change my motherboard or is their any other way to attach a graphic card slot ...... my motherboard has 3 white 32bit pci slots but the are very outdated ........so give me any solution my budget is not very high that i buy new computer so tell chap solutions .......
