Moms: Wellbutrin cause any kind of birth defect in your child?

My husband & I want to have another baby and I've spoken with my doctor about the medications I'm currently taking. According to the warning label on the Wellbutrin it's okay for Trimesters 1 & 2 but not for Trimester 3... I'm trying to decide whether I want to risk taking it, my Dr. said ultimately it's up to me but that it's benefits outweigh the risks since stress is not good for the baby but I know I'm going to stress about putting chemicals into my body that could harm the baby. I've already given up caffeine & artificial sweeteners. I wasn't on any medications during my first pregnancy & while I was experiencing my depression & anxiety, my son seems to be fine. I'm not asking for medical advice, more for experiences from other mom's. I don't smoke or drink and only take a few medications at the moment. What I'd like to know is if anyone out there took Wellbutrin while pregnant? (Preferably just that so any issues couldn't have come from somewhere else) If so, did your baby have any birth defects or other problems? (I'm mostly worried due to the fact that it was presumed safe to take Paxil while pregnant but now there's a class action lawsuit because of many babies being born with birth defects :( ) Please only leave serious answers, i.e. don't answer just to get the points.
