I have heavy bleeding during first trimester? what could it be?

im so worried. yesterday i went to the er and the doctor that seen me said i was wasting his time. i went to use the restroom yesterday night and found some blood. they took an ultrasound and blood test. its 20,000 with blood test. the sack and everything was still on the ultrasound. im about 5 to 6 weeks and im freaking out bad. im bleeding worse now and have a few tiny clots. idk what it is im so scared. can someone help me plz email me (jamesbabygirl67yahoo.com) thanks
