I'm thinking of pursuing a career as an ineffective abortion doctor and...?

telling women that their abortion is complete, even though I never went through with it. I can then tell them that they may still miss periods and gain some weight up until what would have been the third trimester, but that it's due to hormones. Then they couldn't legally get an abortion after that. Is this a good idea?
