I don't want to be friends with one if my friends, but they do... What do I do?

She's so attached to me!, and she doesn't seem to like any of my other friends. She's also very immature and not too fun to hangout with. She doesn't really care about how she looks, which I know is good, but I think she should care a little bit...I dint knwo what to do. Help?!
