Would I get accepted to the University of Minnesota Duluth?

I'm going to be a senior next year, My GPA as of right now is roughly a 2.8 but i take all honors/ college classes. And my gpa through my senior year is going to be roughly a 3.8+ every trimester ill graduate with roughly a 3.1 . I got a 28.5 on my ACT thanks alot (: and I live in minnesota
