Will my grades affect my classes for next year?

welllllllll my grades were slipping for a littles while. but for the 1st and 2nd trimester, they were horrible and for thos 2 grades i only had 2 f's. but for the 3rd trimester i had only a's b's and c's . but not im not going to go to the same school right now as i went b4. im going to a different school. so im wondering if they would only put me in a specific class for only the last grades i got or my grades throughout my school year?
