When I even walk, my poison ivy hurts so bad I have to walk lopsided?

I got poison ivy a little over 4 days ago, and day by day, the rash has begun to blister over, but also, day by day, the pain of it increases more and more. I can't walk straight, my clothing rubs on it and makes my sides raw, and sleeping is an all night nightmare. I'm waking up at 4:00 AM every night because it hurts so bad when I sleep. Someone please help me on how to subdue this never-ending pain! :(
