My wife refuses to stop drinking and smoking during pregnancy..?

The defects and problems that could happen are endless, underweight, stillborn, down syndrome, brething problems ect.. And snorting will STILL HURT THE BABY. Wtf is it? A crack baby!? Take her to the hospital and get the baby checked out. You better get your Sh*t straight for the sake of your child. Better yet, give the baby away to an adoption agency, you both are too fuc*ked up to be parents. Don't make that chile suffer.
