My girlfriend doesn't know I've been sleeping on the couch?

My girlfriend is in her third trimester of pregnancy and doesn't get a whole lot of sleep. She wants me to sleep in the bed with her but she can never sleep when I do. I've been sleeping on the couch and sneaking into the bed before she wakes up. It's getting ridiculous. I just want her to be able to sleep. What do I do?
